Reasons for the phenomenon of glue penetration in construction plywood:
1. The temperature of hot pressing is too high or the pressure is too high.
2. The quality of the veneer is too poor, and the cracks on the reverse side are too large.
3. The glue solution is too thin or the amount of glue applied is too large, and the aging time is too short.
The solution to the phenomenon of glue penetration in construction plywood:
1. Lower the hot pressing temperature or lower the unit pressure of the hot pressing.
2. Improve the quality of the veneer and reduce the depth of cracks on the reverse side.
3. Increase the concentration of glue, reduce the amount of glue applied, and extend the aging time.
