Film Color

The film paper of 18mm film faced plywood usually uses black color or brown color. And the black film is cheaper than brown film. Sometimes customer also order red film. And the logo printed on film is accepted for big order.

The finger joint core is the cheapest core material, and the full birch core is the most expensive. The reused times of film faced plywood with different core materials are different too. Customers can choose different core material according to projects and budgets.

 

Glue of Our Film Faced Plywood

Mr glue: moisture resistant glue

WBP melamine glue: water boiling proof melamine glue, after 8-10 hours boiled without delamination.

WBP Phenolic glue: wate boiling proof phenolic glue, after 72 hours boiled without delamination.

 

Size of Film Faced Plywood

We mainly supply 1220x2440mm, 1250x2500mm, 1200x1800mm1200x2400mm, 610x2440mm, but special size can be ordered.
