Formply plywood concrete 18mm is a high quality plywood with both sides a phenolic resin-treated film coated which used as a temporary structure to support concrete while it sets during construction.
Manufactured from high-grade eucalyptus veneers bonded together with super A bond phenolic E0 waterproof Adhesive, which has superior bond strength.The can be boiled at least 72 hours in boilding water without delamination.The oblique jiont and hot-melt splicing technology are used to avoid every possible gap.

Formply plywood concrete 18mm has a very smooth surface with high water resistance.The strong, smooth surface guarantees first-class concrete quality even after multiple uses.Under optimal conditions of use and proper handling, the framework template can achieve up to 50 life cycles (guideline value).
Due to its durability, formply plywood concrete 18mm is ideal for formwork applications.
The edges are sealed in the factory with waterproof paint to minimize moisture penetration.And We can provide waterproof paint in different colors,such as:black,brown,yellow,green,gray,etc.

Yes, we do have factory.Linyi Foryou is just our trading comapny to help exporting.

Normal MOQ is 1x20'FCL, but also welcome LCL.
